Holland Village

Holland Village is located in District 10 on the east side of Buona Vista and is a short distance away from the capital. It is famous for its many award winning fine dining restaurants and is considered the centre of a ‘’bohemian’’ life style. Owing to its’ colorful catering and night life scenery, it can literally be described as a magnet for expatriates. Not just expatriates are taking a piece of Holland Village though, as the locals either stay here or move here to live it up. Many who live elsewhere frequently visit this beautiful neighborhood to re-experience their favorites.

If you are just passing by or not that hungry, you could always get a cup of coffee in one of the numerous cafes, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. This neighborhood like the people who live in it never gets old in spirit.

Once you are done with a long day’s work, how about a glass of wine at one of numerous wine bars such as Palm’s Wine Bar and Lorong Mambong? These establishments go back a few decades and are famous for starting the wine bar trend in Holland Village.

If you are still thirsty for more, Tangos, Baden and Harry’s Bar are among the most loved bars you can choose from. For all the expatriates out there, Wala Wala is definitely a great bar because of its beautiful atmosphere and live music. Come with your friends and enjoy the splendid night life Holland Village has in place, just for you.

Hang on, we are not done yet. If you fancy doing some shopping, there are two prominent shopping centers namely, Holland Road Shopping Centre and Holland V Shopping Mall. With tens of different shops and boutiques to choose from these two will more than satisfy your needs.

Lastly, you should pay a visit to at least one of the many antique stores and find that special item that you have been looking for or that you did not know you were looking for until you have seen it.

Holland Village is an amazing place to visit but why settle with that when you could live here? Whether you are a landlord, a tenant or a sub-tenant, Holland Village’s future looks bright in the light of a few new HDB development projects that is likely to begin next year.
